How much is delivery? / Where do you deliver?

Within the United Kingdom mainland

Orders over £150 are free. Orders under £150 are subject to a delivery fee of £9.99 up to 20kg. Any parcels over this weight may carry an extra delivery charge and if this is the case with your order, we will contact you and inform you of extra costs.

Order online and pick up from our trade counter

You can also choose to pick up your order from our trade counter and save on delivery costs. We are based in the heart of Birmingham and within easy reach of the A38, M5, M6 and M42. Simply choose the 'pick up from trade counter' option when you go through checkout.

International orders

Currently we only deliver website orders within the UK. If you have an order that requires international delivery, please contact us by phone: International access code for your locale + 44 121 328 7888 (e.g. from Ireland call 00 44 121 328 7888). Note: International delivery costs are subject to extra charges and delivery times will vary, you will advised of delivery costs and timescales before you order.

If I place an order when can I expect delivery?

We aim for a 24-48 hour delivery as standard within the UK mainland and subject to stock availability. If for any reason this is not going to be the case then we will contact you and advise you of a delivery time.

Currently we only deliver website orders within the UK. If you have an order that requires international delivery you will advised of delivery costs and timescales when you order.

If I order more than one item will it be shipped in one consignment?

We aim to deliver your order in as few consignments as possible. However, in some cases items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

What happens if I place an order and the item is out of stock?

We will contact you and inform you of a delivery schedule.

What if my order isn't delivered?

You must notify us within 7 days from expected delivery date. We cannot accept liability for goods in transit.

What happens if I recieve my delivery and it is wrong or damaged?

When you recieve your delivery check all the items are correct. If you have been sent any incorrect or damaged items email or call us immediately so we can arrange collection and re-delivery.

Do I have to pay by credit or debit card?

No, call us and we will take the order over the phone. You can then pay by cheque and the goods will be shipped after payment has been cleared.

If I am a business can I open a 30 day credit account?
